Taylor Davis Landscape Company

The gallery here depicts one of our more recent landscape projects. Our
landscape designer and client worked very closely together communicating the ideas that helped to bring this design to fruition.

The original site was a tennis court that had outlived its usefulness.
The plan was to convert the area to a garden retreat with an informal path
meandering throughout. It was decided that along the path there would be a
few resting spots positioned in such a way as to provide privacy from one
another as well as a pleasing view. The garden, as you'll see upon close
inspection, features a wide variety of colors and textures to provide
definition and to compliment its now irregular terrain. The main character
in the design is the small pond and waterfall at the north end of the
garden.
The planting is relatively low maintenance and comprised mostly of
indigenous plants with lots of room to grow.
